My questions this week- feel free to answer them here in the shownotes comments or privately or on Ravelry (privately or in the forums- I will post the questions in the SHe-Knits Podcast group in the forums entitled Questions form #32.

1. If you have a ladies sz. 6.5 foot, is it better to knit the largest size of the children's pattern of the Fiber Trends felted clog if you found the adult small to be a bit big?
2. Do you actively use your fingertips to manipulate your knitting needles?
3. What is a good non-wool that has the beautiful coloring of Manos for those of us that can't wear wool? Anyone want to do a KAL with the 101 Designers One Skein Wonders Cross Stitch Scarf......just a quickie?? E-mail me or look for the thread in the She-Knits podcast group on Ravelry entitled Quickie KAL Cross Stitch Scarf from 101 Designers One Skein Wonders.
4. Do you have a 7th grader and does 7th grade seem like a hard year over all in school?
5. Who decides what fashions are in- movie stars..is it celebrity driven?

Yay! I’ve caught up with all your podcasts! I’ve really enjoyed listening to you (I have the luxury of working from home so can listen while I work) – keep it going. I’ve signed up to Ravelry and am now 1975 on the list so hope to join you on your group there soon. Have a great Christmas and New Year.

1. Sorry, my foot is a size 9 so I don't have an answer for you here.

2. Do you actively use your fingertips to manipulate your knitting needles? Absolutely! It's so funny that you would bring that up because I've been wondering lately if I was doing something wrong. Sometimes my middle left finger (I'm right handed), is so sore that I have to stop knitting for a day or two. I even went to JoAnn's and bought a leather finger guard but the guard is so bulky that it isn't practical to knit with it on my finger. It would be interesting to know what others do about that.

3. What is a good non-wool that has the beautiful coloring of Manos for those of us that can't wear wool? No answer

4. Do you have a 7th grader and does 7th grade seem like a hard year over all in school? I don't have a 7th grader but as I recall, 7th grade was pretty hard - including 8th grade. It seems that a lot more wax expected at that grade level.
5. Who decides what fashions are in- movie stars..is it celebrity driven? good question!

Thanks for the link to my Reversible Cabled Brioche Stitch Scarf design. Just wanted to make the small correction that my blog is called FireFlower Knits, although FireFly Knits would have been a cute name to use too. ;)

You can find me at fireflowerknits.wordpress.com
