I'm glad you're back. Don't think because you didn't get lots of messages from others that you were forgotten. For me I just thought you needed a break due to lots of family issues. Hope all is well. I understand the loner aspect of your personality.

Glad you're back! I trust your medical treatment in the hospital (except for your bedding - ewww) was successful and you are no longer in pain.

Signed,

I am glad that you are back. Like you I have that 1 best friend I talk to a lot, but mostly a loner and with my family. You are very relatable to me and that is why I like your podcast so much. I was a fairly new listener last fall, but enjoyed your show from the gate. With so many podcasters that take hiatus' here and there I wasn't too worried when you were gone for a while, but I am now sorry I wasn't one of those that emailed you wondering about you (because I was) so that you knew there were more of us out there. I'm just quiet. :)

I will second what Sabra said.. please don't think we all weren't missing you just b/c we didn't write. I have to admit that I listen to a lot of podcasts & then all of a sudden i will realize, hey !what happened to so and so.
I am glad you are back !
I love the personal part of your podcast.. Nothing fake about it & I like that.
I am thankful that you are on the mend. I had a terrible infection from a tooth extraction & was blessed to have a sister that is a nurse to tell me to get in right away.. thankfully b/f I had to be hospitalized.
blessings to you..
( I think you are a bigger talker then you realize.:-)

I agree! Don't think that because there are those of us out there that listen faithfully, but don't logon to talk much. I totally identify with you on many levels. I have identical triplet girls, age 8 1/2 years. I too, have trouble with small talk and tend to be a loner, but like getting together, if you can get me there, I have fun. Anyhow, us other loners tend to listen and not comment. I'll try to come out occasionally if you promise not to quit! :) Well, unless you feel you need to, we'd understand, of course, but we'd miss you!

I'm very happy your back. As Sabra mentioned, please don't think that only a handful of messages means you are not in our thoughts or "popular". I'm a fairly new knitter (less than a year). When I found your podcast, I listened to all of them and find you so calm and forthcoming - even though you have SEVEN children. WELCOME BACK - I look forward to hearing more from you :)

I'm so glad you're back. I missed you. I'm a loner, too. In fact, if I don't get enough time alone, I crave it! A psychology prof told me I was an HSP (a highly sensitive person), not necessarily in the sense of my own emotions, but to the environment, other people's emotions, etc. and recommended a book you may also enjoy by Elaine Aron called "The Highly Sensitive Person".

I'm really looking forward to your newest Mystery KAL #7 - Cynthia.

I was in broadcast television for years and the rule of thumb is for every comment/response you get it counts as much as 10,000 people.
So you are doing just fine. I have just found your podcast so I'm very pleased.
I think you are just more interested in meaningful conversation and exchange of ideas than "small talk."
The meaning for you comes across to us in your audience.
Keep up the good work. I'll listen any time I see a new podcast. :0)
