I forget which browser you're using, but what happened is that someone (or something) set your home page to a different site. In Firefox, go to Firefox -> Preferences -> Main (tab), then adjust the fields in the start up section to be how you want. (Home page as Google, etc.)
In Safari, go to Safari -> Preferences -> General, then set the home page.
I don't use IE (Microsoft is evil), but it should have something similar.
For the voices, go to apple menu -> System Preferences... -> Universal Access -> Seeing, and turn Voice Over off.
